Response to Intervention

When the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) was reauthorized in 2004, along with it came a new wave in educational reform, Response to Intervention (RtI). RtI provides a new approach for identifying students with learning deficiencies rather than rtithe traditional “waiting to fail” model.
